Agile Talent (ICP-TAL) Workshop by Management 3.0


Whilst adopting practices and processes will help organisations become more agile, to realise the benefits of business agility – the organisational design needs to be reviewed and redesigned. This course is based on Management 3.0, where the focus is to connect theory to practice and support attendees to understand the fundamental shift required in organisational design to enable business agility. Attendees will leave with pragmatic tools and examples they can use ‘the next day’ which will allow them to help their organisations shift the way they work.
