Course Overview

EA Learning’s Applied Business Architecture course is a three-day program designed to bridge the gap between strategic intent and operational execution. Unlike other courses that focus heavily on theory, this course emphasises practical application, ensuring that participants can directly implement the knowledge gained in their workplace. This course has 30+ activities that are powered by Miro, which require you to collaborate with peers on answers to the questions of the activities and present them to the group.

 

Version 8, released in January 2024, integrates the latest industry practices aligned with TOGAF® EA, 10th Edition. This version introduces the latest techniques endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®), making it ideal for those aiming to stay at the forefront of business architecture.

Please note that we designed this course to be optimal in a virtual setting, therefore we recommend the Applied Business Architecture – Virtual Classroom course.
