Neville has led the transformation of a global communications company in delivering their Australian outsourcing services from a single unified system covering the entire lifecycle. Microsoft recognised the company’s early adoption of emerging technology under Neville’s leadership. Additionally, Neville played a direct role in revolutionising the Australian Taxation Office’s customer contact services for the introduction of GST. He has also had significant exposure to evolving emergency services support, architecture governance, and experimentation in banking services, as well as ongoing business excellence assessment. His primary focus on sustainable value creation translates perfectly into facilitating the learning journey towards architectural best practice with EA Learning.
