This module introduces candidates to the main features of the course, such as the learning plan, aims and objectives, and structure. Candidates also receive an outline of the AgilePM certification path, along with a diagram pack, glossary, and further reading and links document to help with the course.

Module 1: Agile and DSDM

This module looks at the development of Agile in general and how it is used for project management. It also takes a close look at the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) and its underpinning philosophy.

Module 2: The DSDM Principles

This module outlines the eight principles of the DSDM as well as the Instrumental Success Factors (ISFs) that make projects successful. The module also examines the iterative development process, along with several techniques to improve collaboration and communication in Agile project teams.

Module 3: The DSDM Roles and Responsibilities

This module discusses the role categories and interests of the DSDM. It also provides an overview of the responsibilities associated with project-level roles, supporting roles, and the solution development team.

Module 4: The DSDM Processes and Approach

This module looks at the DSDM’s process and approach. Candidates learn the DSDM’s process and products, as well as concepts related to planning, testing, tracking, and control.

Module 5: Delivering on Time

This module introduces two valuable Agile practices: MoSCoW Prioritization and Timeboxing.

Module 6: AgilePM Awareness wrap-up

This module concludes the course, providing candidates with a wrap-up of the content covered throughout.
